Rangavar's OC. He and Rover don't get along very well.
This is the first thing that, when I pulled it up in MSP to get rid of the sketchbook binding and whatever, I also decided to erase aaaaaallll the little smudges and shadows on the edges... It took a while, but bam, turned out pretty nice-looking~

I could post what it looked like before editing to scraps, if anyone wants to see how terrible I tend to scribble when excited/distracted/bored/rushing...
